We need at 2+ bedroom house/apartment for $300 per person, or $400 per person if all utilities are included including cable and internet. We'd prefer to live IN Shepherdstown because we all attend Shepherd and both boyfriend and roommate are employees at Charles Town Races and Slots. We CANNOT live more than a 15 minute drive away from town. In addition, we all have cars, so parking must be available.

If you have a 3 bedroom house for $1200, we can work something out, but we require an additional roommate to split all costs.

My boyfriend and I have rented in the past and can give references. If needed, I can get a co-signer. We have no pets, don't smoke/don't do drugs. We keep quiet and stay clean.
