Hello everyone! My neighbor found a orange tabby cat, short haired and with a collar on. Very loving boy and we can tell it is someone's pet, just by the way he has been oh so lovey dovey. Email me if this is your cat or you know who's cat it is. It was chilling at the HF-Bolivar Library all day Saturday.
