Tank is not damaged and is water tight. Has various portsand inlet/outlets, all threaded. Large threaded cap is broken so useability as a tank is pretty much done. Tank is thick fiberglass will last a lifetime.
Cut the top off as needed, bury it, hardscape perimeter, and have a easy Goldfish pod for mosquito control. Ports that are already there could be converted for circulation and/or aeration.
