I believe this was originally sold by Sears and called "Young at Heart". It is displayed on a full bed because we don't have a twin size bed. The top is very good condition except one area that has a pull that I didn't notice until just now and the back is very lightly pilled but not in a scratchy way and a crafty person could probably sew a sheet to the back of it if it bothered them, even creating a ruffle of sorts to the edges so that it would fit a the full size bed better. I was unable to get the backing to show in a picture well. My daughter loved this when she was little but we didn't use it for very long before I found more items in this pattern and was able to have a full size skirted bedspread made for her. I also have some matching curtains and flat sheets that I'll be listing as well as a listing for unicorn napkins though they don't match this design.
